On September 25, 2012, the Brain & Behavior Research Foundation presented the latest webinar in the “Meet the Scientist” series titled “New Ways to Stimulate the Brain for Depression.” Foundation Scientific Council Member, Mark S. George, M.D., from the Medical University of South Carolina, presented and spoke about Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), a breakthrough treatment for depression that he pioneered with the support of NARSAD Grant funding. Participants had the opportunity to submit questions and hear responses directly from Dr. George during the Q&A section of the webinar.
